Museum Audit
Every Museum is different. Budget constraints, climate variations, cultural needs, and objectives all affect how collections are perceived and preserved. A Museum Audit takes all of these factors and more into consideration and delivers a detailed recommendation on steps needed to ensure the longevity and effectiveness of a museum's collection.
An audit frequently includes the following:
- surveying assessment of condition and treatment needs
- identifying exhibit case weaknesses
- increasing curated abstraction
